KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you decide to skip the restaurants (oils, spices, etc). Microwave and coffee maker w/ coffee is provided. HEATING & COOLING: The home has central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. The third bedroom/office nook also has an additional heater for extra warmth during colder months. FAMILY FRIENDLY: Traveling with kids? PET FRIENDLY: Your well-behaved dogs are welcome here. The property includes a secure fenced yard with poop scoop ($50 fee will be charged if you fail to pickup pet waste). Protective furniture covers are provided for your convenience and we require you use them on the living room furniture during your stay. Double dog bowls are provided. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring pets. A pet fee applies, and we ask that guests clean up after their pups. PARKING: There is free street parking, typically with 1–2 spaces available directly in front of the home. Additional street parking is available nearby. A NOTE ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to respect Bend’s Good Neighbor Guidelines. Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am No parties or events This home is located on the corner of 9th street, which is a well used local thoroughfare, but the home is set well back from the street so noise should not be a problem.
